Israeli military on alert as 20,000 settlers descend on Hebron

Hebron - Ma'an - Backup Israeli soldiers were called to the West Bank city of Hebron on Friday as thousands of settlers arrived to visit the Al-Ibrahimi Mosque for an annual Jewish holy feast.

Khudari: Israel declares war on Palestinian children

GAZA, (PIC)-- Chairman of the Gaza-based Popular Committee Against the Siege MP Jamal Al-Khudari has asserted that the Israeli siege on Gaza Strip had killed more than 100 Palestinian children amidst unexplainable Arab and international indifference.

IBB closes INTERPAL Account - URGENT ACTION NEEDED

The British charity Interpal, dedicated to alleviating the suffering of the Palestinians, has been notified by their bank, the Islamic Bank of Britain, that Lloyds TSB (their clearing bank) has given them the instruction to cease all dealings with Interpal with effect from 8 December 2008.

Jordanian king urges Israel not to invade Gaza during secret meeting

Bethlehem – Ma’an - Jordan’s King Abdullah summoned Israel’s prime minister and defense minister for a secret meeting in Amman on Tuesday to urge them not to escalate military action in the Gaza Strip.
