The life of this world is nothing but futility and play. Verily, the Abode of
the Akhirah most certainly is the original life.
Every person will taste death. Thereafter will you all be returned to Us.
Those who have Imaan and practise righteous deeds, most certainly. We shall
grant them lofty palaces beneath which flow rivers; therein will they dwell forever.
Indeed, wonderful is the reward of those who act virtuously. (Qur'aan: Surah
Ankaboot)
According to the Qur'aan Majeed the true life, the original life, the actual
life is in Jannat in the Akhirah (Hereafter). In relation to the Abode of the
Akhirah, the Qur'aan describes this transitory and defective material world as
an entity of play and futility. In relation to the Akhirah there is no reality
in this ephemeral existence for which the Mu'mineen have never been created.
Mu'mineen, according to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), have been created
for the everlasting life of bliss, comfort, purity and happiness in the Akhirah,
hence Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) declared:
"The world has been created for you, but you have been created for the Akhirah".

Before I begin, I would like to say something about typing in anger. Don't do
it. Anger clouds your vision- it knocks your logic just slightly off in the same
way that if your compass is one degree wrong and you go a hundred miles a minute,
you can't really expect to have stayed on course. That, best beloved, is how
I ended up writing an article that came across as Anti-American Am I Anti-American?
Not conventionally speaking. I still eat hotdogs. But let's begin. I seek refuge
in Allah from the accursed Shaitan. I begin in the name of Allah, Most Merciful,
Most Gracious. Any good that comes from this article is from His Grace and anything
bad comes from my own idiocy (but I'll blame satan) and I seek forgiveness. Exodus:
Five years and counting, Alhamdulillah.
It's been nearly five years, Alhamdulillah, since I left America. I came here,
to Pakistan, and life changed. I'm not the angry 20 year old I once was. I'm
now a politely jaded 25. This introduction, however irrelevant seeming, does
serve a purpose. It introduces Pakistan. I want us all to look at Pakistan.

 The
era
of
colonialism
has
not
ended.
It
has
only
moved
into
another
sphere.
While
political
colonialism
has
seemingly
ended,
the
aims
of
colonialism-the
aims
for
which
the
western
countries
had
colonized
the
African
and
Asian
lands-are
very
much
alive.
The
same
aim,
which
had
motivated
political
colonialism,
is
today
the
motive
of
all
western
conspiracies,
in
particular
American
conspiracy.
THE
AIM
The
African,
Arabian
and
Asian
countries
were
colonized
by
the
western
powers
to
enable
them
to
siphon
of
the
wealth
of
these
lands.
The
colonial
masters
were
far
sighted.
They
had
realized
that
the
day
will
dawn
when
they
will
be
compelled
to
relinquish
the
colonies
and
hand
them
over
to
the
local
inhabitants.
They,
therefore,
set
in
motion
their
well
prepared
plot
to
retain
their
hold
over
these
territories.

In the Name of Allaah, The Most Gracious, The Most Kind
Amazing as it sounds, but forunately for the Muslims of th world, it is an established fact. Have a look at a map of the world and you will find Indonesia on the eastern side on the earth. The major cities of Indonesia are Java, Sumatra, Borneo and Saibil. As soon as dawn breaks on the eastern side of Saibil, at approximately 5.30 am local time, Fajar Azaan begins. Thousands of Muazzins in Indonesia begin reciting the Azzan.
The process advances towards West Indonesia. One and a half hours after the azzan has been completed in Saibil, it echoes in Jakarta. Sumatra then follows suit and before this auspicious process of calling azza ends in Indonesia, it has alreday begun in Malaysia. Burma is next in line, and within an hour of its beginning in Jakarta, it reaces Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. After Bangladesh, it has already prevailed in Western India, from Calcutta to Srinagar. It then advances towards Bombay and the environment of entire India resounds with this proclamation.

<FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#333366 size=2>I may be an American citizen, but that's not my fault. I ask the reader to please forgive me that much and continue with the rest of the article. As a consequence of having been born, raised, and college educated in the States, I have gora-saab Urdu, a severe allergy to mosquito bites and a blue passport, but again, that's not my fault. Often at parties, mostly at weddings, people (with sons my age who eat, drink, and dream in red, white and blue) will slyly ask whether or not I have plans of returning. I say no, not at all, not unless pigs fly, hell freezes over, and the Cubs win the World Series, all on the same day.
